However, if you receive a faulty or defective item, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for faulty or defective items only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons due to the perishable nature of our products.
2. Return Process
If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via any of the Contact us options provide on this site.

Please ensure the item is securely packed and sent back to us in its original condition.
3. Damages in Transit
While we take great care to package all products securely, Mrs M's Sweet Shop cannot be held accountable for any damage caused during transit. Once your order leaves our premises, it is the responsibility of the postal service.
